A combination of gentle and effective cranial therapy, myofascial release, and hands-on manual therapies, with Alexa Linton, DOMP, to support you to feel your best. These techniques help improve circulation and visceral health, release tension, reduce pain and inflammation, as well as support alignment and functional biomechanics. This work can be supportive with acute or chronic issues including injury, concussion, headaches/migraines, recovering from illness, body pain, and loss of mobility.

Intuitive Sessions for Animals

These sessions combines the best of the BodyTalk System, trauma-informed care, all with an osteopathic lens. Alexa brings over 15 years of experience in energy medicine, intuitive work, animal communication, Equine Sport Therapist and more. These sessions can be booked remotely for your animals (over Zoom/phone or session details by email) and are approximately one hour.

Alexa is known for her menagerie of a therapeutic practice, combining a diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP), a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, over a decade of training in BodyTalk and animal communication, and over sixteen years of experience working with horses as an Equine Sport Therapist. Over the span of her varied practice, Alexa has developed a therapeutic style that is both intuitive and highly collaborative.

She is the creator of the Whole Horse Apprenticeship and Podcast, author of Death Sucks: A Straight-Up Guide to Navigating Your Pet’s Final Transition, and lives in Duncan, BC, unceded territory of the Cowichan and Coast Salish Peoples, with her dogs Reilly and Solo and cat Makwa.
